1. The Ordering Cycle
To maintain our high standards, we operate on a strict weekly fulfillment cycle.
• Orders placed by Thursday at 5pm will be included in our Friday shipping batch.
• Orders placed after that time will move to the following week's shipment. This ensures every package is handled with the care it deserves.
2. Local Pickup Protocol
We love meeting our local customers! To keep things running smoothly:
• Thursday is Pickup Day: Please arrive during your scheduled time slot.
• Confirmation Required: Have your "Ready for Pickup" email or ID handy.
• No-Show Policy: If you can't make your Thursday window, please notify us 24 hours in advance so we can reschedule you for the following week.
3. Quality Guarantee
Every item is inspected for perfection before it leaves our hands. If you receive an item that doesn't meet the "luxury standard," contact us within 48 hours. We take pride in our work and will make it right.
4. Communication
We value your time and aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours during business days. We find that clear communication makes for the best shopping experience!
